Progressive Taste of Salado

Starts promptly at 5:45 and lasts 3-4 hours
The businesses of Salado would like to invite you to a multi course experience. Start at the Salado Wine Seller with a glass of Texas wine and appetizers that will whet your palate for the evening. You will then be carried away on golf carts provided by Fairway golf carts to the beautiful boutique hotel, Inn on the Creek where you will be dazzled not only by the view, but by the delicious first course. After the sumptuous Inn on the Creek you will be whisked to the elegant eatery The Range for the next appetizing course. Then off to Gregory’s of Salado for the sparkling dessert course consisting of Texas Ports and Chocolate Truffles which will be provided by the newest restaurant in town, Adelea’s on Main.
Your escort for the evening will be Jane A. Nickles, a Certified Specialist of Wine, who is the author of WineSpeak 101 and the wine instructor at the Texas Culinary Academy, who will entertain and educate you about the arts and magic in Salado.
The all inclusive price of $125 does include tax and gratuity.

(Please note, parties of two will be paired with other couples, as this evening will “progress” from venue to venue throughout the Village of Salado. Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted. Dietary Restrictions: Due to the nature of this pairing event, dietary restrictions can not be accommodated.)
Payment in full will be charged to your credit card on July 28th (one week prior to the event). No reservation cancellations can be accepted after this date. We will gladly gift your reservation to another party should the need arise.
We ask that guests arrive promptly at 5:45pm at Salado Wine Seller to begin enjoying our first pairing with appetizers. For the duration of the event we will provide your transportation and will return you to Salado Wine Seller after the event’s completion. (Should an emergency arise, transportation back to your vehicle will be available at any time.) Throughout the evening, your transportation will be graciously provided by Fairway Golf Carts, based in Salado.
The progression of the evening will include:
1st Pairing – Salado Wine Seller
2nd Pairing – Inn on the Creek
3rd Pairing – The Range at the Barton House
4th Pairing – Gregory’s of Salado (Course presentation provided by Adelea’s on Main and cigars presented by Salado Cigars)
Please arrange your evening schedule to allow three to four hours for this unique culinary experience.
Your reservation will be guaranteed with the credit card number you provided. An increase or decrease in party size must be requested prior to July 28th, and is subject to availability. Given this is a pre-billed event refunds are not possible, however gifting your reservation to another party is encouraged.
