Over the next few months, we will be experimently with selling different versions of Dappled Doe. Currently Dappled Doe is 100% Bell County Chenin Blanc grown in 2024. It is tart and refreshing.
After these bottles sell, we may try blending chardonnay and chenin blanc, or muscato and chenin.
In any case, we will be using this label which simply says “Dappled Doe–Dry White”. It is simply more time efficient and cheaper to print 1000 labels at a time and not go through TTB approval and expensive printing every time we change the wine up.
The best way to buy Dappled Doe is to come by and buy it in person! It’s a fun time for spotting the deer in our yard as well since it is time for babies!
