Great trip to France!

dino june mercierWe’re finally back!  We had a terrific time on our trip to France and we enjoyed our time off.  We spent time in Burgundy, Champagne, Paris, and Fountainbleau, where I attended my 10 year reunion of my MBA class.  During the reunion, I attended a fabulous ball at the Château de Fontainebleau that included a laser light show, amazing entertainment, and endless champagne.  Speaking of champagne, we went to Epernay and toured the house of Mercier  and we toured De Castellane.  We also studied the vineyards, examined the pruning and the techniques.  Naturally we ate plenty of great food, but most importantly, we tasted wine.  We’ve got lots of ideas for the winery, but I really need a nap first…
